Inbound / Outbound Calls
Outbound call routing is available to fixed and mobile national or even international destinations, including Premium rate.
We include unlimited calls to UK fixed and Mobile destinations (see PhoneLine+ Terms and Conditions re: fair use policy) together with several International destinations. These calls are included within each user subscription (see PhoneLine+ Pricing Schedule on the Gamma Academy).
Calls to Premium rate and other International destinations are chargeable so let us know the destinations you need to call for the cost per minute.
Available as a Desktop Client, or Mobile App, for those prefer, a Physical Handset for your workspace. Users can set their individual status using either a custom status or one of the pre-sets including ‘Lunch’ or ‘In a meeting’ settings. These settings are based on a fixed period of unavailability and you can be custom configured. Users can also set a simple ‘set yourself away’ option which achieves the same result. When your status is set accordingly, inbound calls will be routed direct to the user’s voicemail or an external source if you prefer.
Voicemail
PhoneLine+ provides each individual user with voicemail options to record, store and upload directly from the desktop client and mobile app.
New Voicemail alerts are available via email and appear on your personal activity log. Access to voicemail is provided via your physical handset (just dial 100), or via email notification and directly from the activity log.
